These terms cover this website and the software we operate for clients. Paid work is governed by the engagement agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this website, or an application we operate on your behalf, means these terms apply to that use.

Using this site and our software

What the site is for

It describes what we do and lets you ask us for a consultation. Nothing on it is accounting, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it forms a contract on its own.

Access we are given

Where you connect a system to us, you confirm you are entitled to grant that access. We use it only for the agreed work, and you can withdraw it at any time. How we handle what we see is set out in our privacy page.

Fair use

Please do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to anything we run, and do not submit anything unlawful through our forms. We may block access that does.

Availability

We aim to keep everything running and to warn you before planned work, but this website is provided as it is. Service levels for paid work live in the engagement agreement, not here.

What belongs to whom

Your data and your business records remain yours. The wording, design and code of this site remain ours. Ownership of anything we build for you is set out in the engagement agreement.

Where disputes are settled

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We will say so, rather than quietly reissue.

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you rather than rely on you noticing. The version on this page is the one that applies today.
