Privacy and your data
We handle other companies' books and systems for a living, so we hold ourselves to the standard we would want. In plain terms, here is what happens to anything you send us.
This website
No cookies. No analytics. No trackers.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media trackers. Nothing follows you from page to page, and nothing about your visit is sold or shared.
The one request that leaves our servers is for the typefaces, which are served by Google Fonts and receive your IP address as part of delivering them. Our server keeps standard web logs for security and troubleshooting, and they are not used to build any profile of you.
If you contact us
Your enquiry reaches us, and no one else.
The form asks for your name, email, company, phone and a short description of your operation. We use those details to reply, to arrange your free consultation, and to keep track of the conversation. They go into our own customer record system, which we run ourselves on infrastructure we control.
We do not sell your details, pass them to a marketing service, or add you to any list you did not ask for. If you would like your enquiry removed, write to info@mynexussolution.com and we will delete it.
If you become a client
Your business data stays yours.
When we run systems or bookkeeping for you, we process your data on your behalf and under your direction. Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act that makes us a data intermediary, and the obligations that come with it are written into our engagement terms.
We connect to the systems you authorise, with the narrowest access that does the job, and you can withdraw it at any time. Credentials are held encrypted, never in documents or messages.
Your books, customers and documents are not used to train models, and they are never pooled with another client's. Where an automation uses a language model, it sees only what that specific task requires.
Payments, postings, and messages that reach your customers are prepared for approval rather than sent on their own. Automation should give you leverage, never take away control.
Your data stays exportable in standard formats for as long as we work together, and at the end of an engagement we return it and remove our copies on request.
Connected Google accounts
Google data is used for the task you asked for, and nothing else.
Where you connect a Google account, we request only the permissions the agreed work needs. That may include reading mail and its attachments to file a supplier invoice, reading and writing calendar entries to schedule work, or reading and filing documents in Drive. Signing in also gives us your name, email address and profile picture so we know who is who.
We use it to carry out the specific task you have asked us to automate, and to show you the result for approval. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not pass it to data brokers, and we do not use it to train generalised models.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Access is granted by you and revoked by you, either from your Google account permissions or by asking us. When access ends we stop processing and remove the stored authorisation.
